With over 10 years working and studying in the disability sector, along with managing TLC for 5 years, Josie has evolved with various roles in the industry and enjoys the opportunities presented to work with many different types of people. Josie is highly skilled with managing a business, working hands on with both staff and clients and being able to support staff and clients on the job, in the home, and through everyday life to build confidence, independence and empower those around her.
