Tailored Lifestyle Connections (formerly known as Work Connection Limited) was established in 1989 by long-time local Phil Ross, as a Disability Employment Provider, and under his leadership provided high level servicing to all our clients across our region for 30 years. We are proud to still have Phil assisting us as a Director on our Board.
Due to the landscape of disability services changing over the last few years, we evolved our delivery of service to also encompass the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in 2016.
NDIS has become a large part of our business, and our previous longstanding name didn’t quite reflect the scope of programs we provide and made the decision to change this to Tailored Lifestyle Connections in February 2022. We wanted a name that truly encapsulated the passion we have for our participants and proudly seeing their successes through a person-centred approach.
We are a small not-for-profit boutique organisation that supports people with disabilities to achieve their goals and assist people to live meaningful lives. We seek to provide the best possible services and support to enhance the lives of people with disabilities and their families, and are committed to efficient and effective services which are individualized, respectful and deliver client choice and control to further enhance independence for people with disabilities.
