General FAQ's
You can contact National Disability Insurance Agency on 1800 800 110 and speak with a representative. You can also complete an Access Request Form and return it to the NDIA directly.
If you need help to apply, you can contact your Local Area Coordinator Feros Care on 1300 986 970.
To be eligible under our DES Services you must have a disability, injury and/or mental health condition and be between the age of 14 and 65. You can speak with Centrelink directly to be referred to our services or feel free to contact us and we can step you through the process. This will change depending on your age, but most people will require an Employment Assessment to be complete by Centrelink.
