Tailored Lifestyle Connections began its journey in 1989 as Work Connection Limited, founded by respected local Phil Ross. Initially established as a Disability Employment Provider, the organisation quickly became known for delivering exceptional, person-focused support across the region. Phil’s leadership shaped the heart of our values, and we’re proud to still have him contributing as a dedicated Director on our Board.

As the disability support landscape transformed, so did we. In 2016, we expanded our services to include supports under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). This shift allowed us to offer more holistic, flexible, and individualised supports, meeting the changing needs of people with disabilities and their families.

In February 2022, we rebranded to Tailored Lifestyle Connections — a name that reflects our evolved mission and the passion that drives us. It speaks to our commitment to walking alongside participants as they pursue goals, grow in independence, and build meaningful lives on their own terms.

We are a boutique, not-for-profit organisation with a big vision: to empower people with disabilities through personalised, respectful, and empowering services. Every individual is unique — and so are the supports we provide. Through deep listening, collaboration, and a strong values base, we help our participants take confident steps toward the life they want.
